Barba Group

Five generations of knowledge, know-how and passion for seafood.

Specialized in the processing of seafood and fish products, the history of the Barba Group began in the 1930s. Since then, years of transmission have allowed the Group to diversify into the import, processing and shipping of its products. Expert in the preparation of its products, the Group offers a wide variety of tuna, swordfish, cod and cephalopod species. These products are offered in the different brands available.
Since January 2017, the Group's teams have been operating out of a state-of-the-art complex of 6,000 m2 (60,000 ft2). This complex maintains strict environmental control of each of the production areas at -60°C (-76°F), 25°C (13°F) and three cold rooms at 0°C (32°F).

At the Barba Group, we operate under a Quality & Sustainable Development policy, adhering to procedures laid down by the MSC, Red Line Tuna (line-caught tuna) and Pavillon France labels.

Processing

All fish is prepared, cut and packaged in

With state of the art 6,000 m2 (60,000 ft2) facility, Barba Group is able to maintain and monitor strict control over each cold zone environment. -60°C (-76°F), 25°C (13°F) and three cold rooms at 0°C (32°F) with a holding capacity in excess of 2,500 pallets.
